At the moment, I mainly 'specialize' in Cup Cakes, a place that I think everyone starts off with when they start to bake! My favourites so far have been Lemon Curd closely followed by Oreo Cup Cakes. There is so much you can do with these cakes and everyone always loves them!
I don't think I'll ever get bored with making Cup Cakes! There are so many favours that I can't even imagine I haven't tried yet!
But anyway - as I've mentioned, I love baking so in the New Year I am going to starting a project with 'How to Bake', it will all make sense in 2013 when I start. There will be good bakes and bad bakes, maybe a few soggy bottoms but you've got to start somewhere!
So, I am very excited to get started - watch this space! I'll give more details closer to the time!
